S-CAT-SC Assessment * Required Field Step 1 of 12 - Welcome 8% Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Safety Climate Assessment Tool for Small Contractors (S-CATSC)! The S-CATSC was developed to give smaller sized construction companies the opportunity to assess their current jobsite safety climate activities and learn ways to strengthen them. It should take you about 15 minutes to answer a series of questions about these 8 leading indicators of safety climate: ‣ Demonstrates Management Commitment to Safety ‣ Promotes and Incorporates Safety as a Value ‣ Ensures Accountability at All Levels ‣ Supports Effective Supervisory Leadership ‣ Empowers and Involves Employees ‣ Communicates Effectively ‣ Provides Training at All Levels ‣ Encourages Owner/Client Involvement Once you’re done answering the questions and hit SUBMIT, you can either of print or save a report which contains a summary score for each indicator so you can see how you’re doing. It also shows your answers to each question. You will also be provided with access to free resources to use to strengthen and improve your safety climate. Please be assured, all of your responses are completely anonymous. No company or individual names, emails, or personal identifiers are collected. A few times a year, CPWR will review the S-CATSC database containing responses from all participating companies to see if a majority say they need help with 1 or more of the indicators. We will then develop new resources to address those needs.CAPTCHA Section 1: Demonstrates Management Commitment to SafetyMy company has safety policies and procedures and shares them with all
